Hi everyone
I have the same problem, after I create a new Policy correctly, nothing happend, the filter seems not to be working. I can filter the Internet access for clients using IP or MAC filtering, but any URL or Keywords can be blocked.
I just both my router WRVS4400N V2 and I'm using IE 7 in all clients (7).
Any Ideas??

Hi All,
Any help or solution with jose trejo's problem? We are having the same problem as well. Just bought the same unit 5days ago. We feel regret buying this router.

I just removed the MAC Address in the "Edit List od PC's" only the IP Addresse has been added, now is working. Please let me know if it works also for you.

Hi Jose,
I see. That's is my setting as well, ip range only. I tested again (blocking our company website) and save a few times before it started to block. But the behaviour is accessing the website slowly (10secs or more) and then show the "internet cannot display the page". Is the behaviour same as what I'm experiencing? Unlike our previous linksys RV042, it blocks right away.
i tried a couple of times now, sometimes it goes in with some pic in website and slowly downloading. I think there is still something wrong with ours.
