Hi, All guy.

I bought two new cisco router 4431. But they alway reboot after I used they in core network(I have been scolded by my boss many times for this fault.)

If "Dynamic heap limit" Use(MB) 1000. System close all process. In that time, I can't use vty remote to router. But console still active. Then I  use "show run" command from console can't seen any output information. For normal, We can seen all running-config that we configure before.

Before this problem I removed all traffice to old cisco router. And removed LAN cables from this faulty router.Only one Wan cable is reserved for convenient management. And I used my laptop computer and console cable connect to this router.Start troubleshooting from now on. I found
