Sharing a recent experience and pretty cool new tool I just encountered while working with TAC prior to upgrading a DNAC cluster to 1.3.3.7.  Cisco has an Audit Upgrade Readiness Analyzer (AURA) tool that you can pull down to your DNAC nodes from github that essentially automates all of the "pre-upgrade" checks that TAC typically wants you to go through.  The tool will generate a ton of logs which aides in saving time for both the customer and TAC should you need to troubleshoot something before the upgrade.  It also generates a PDF report that has a summary of all the checks, errors found, identified known bugs, etc. and detailed findings of each command that is run. Very helpful!  The process in using this tool is as follows:

$git clone https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/DNAC-AURA

$cd DNAC-AURA/
$./dnac_aura

The script takes about 10-15 minutes to run.  You can then extract the report and/or any logs off to submit to TAC or to view for yourself.

Note that I was advised that this is supported on versions 1.2.8 and above, but not with beta-Cyclops (2.1.2.0).  See the actual github link for more detail.  HTH!
