How to configure a management vlan while using GRE tunnel

I really need your help , how can I configure a management vlan for the switch while using GRE tunnel between two routers ?

Hello.

Do you want to configure management ip address for remote router or for any switch? Because i think, that term "management vlan" is valid for switch only.

I have as usual vlan 1 but I don't know how to configure management vlan instead of vlan 1 to log in with telnet and ssh

This picture represents my topology I want to mange the switch from my PC MT is Mikrotik routers  GRE R1 and R1 cisco switches and SWI is a switch when I use show ip interface brief vlan 100 management vlan protocol is down !

try to fins any interface vlan on your switch
