After your Cisco Network Optimization Service kickoff meeting, your Cisco team will develop a 90-day action plan based on:
- the information collected from the meeting
- your priorities and desired outcomes
- any data collected from the Common Services Platform Collector (CSPC).
Your action plan will contain a list of preliminary recommendations for network optimization. Dedicating time and resources to act on these recommendations is vital.
