Compliance Reporting, formatting template

Could someone tell me what defines the formatting of the output of the report results. Say I run the following

#compliance reports myreport run outformat html

Where is it defined what the actual page looks like, like font size, color etc. I found the YANG model tailf-ncs-compliance.yang but want to change the formatting of the results. I am aware I can use XSLT to do this, but I am looking for another way.

Unfortunately the HTML is hardcoded into the system, so there is no easy way to change the HTML report.

I am looking for an XSLT Stylesheet to convert the Compliance Report xml file to HTML so I don't have to run the report twice (takes 3-4 hours each time). I am looking to use xsltproc for this.  Any thoughts? What is the feature request # for the above? Thanks.
