missing tag in 4.5 on devel log

But since the error comes in devel.log. I want to undertand how could be the reason ?

Could you elaborate a bit? What kind of device are you trying to connect to? Are you able to connect from Linux over SSH to this device? Why do you think some leaf-list is involved?
