netconf via ssh error

Good day, proffesionals!

I can not understand what the problem is! I am trying to connect to equipment through netconf via ssh. I recive capability list from device.

Netconf Sessions: 1 open, maximum is 5
Remote connection via SSH by user(*****) from ...........

But i can't get other information (interface, vlans and others). When i send get request, my session is disconnect. In debug log i see  NETCONF-ERROR: parse error before hello seen.

I tried on different switches:

WS-C3560-12PC-S 12.2(58)SE2

WS-C2960X-48FPS-L 15.2(2)E5

WS-C3650-24TD 03.06.04.E

Debug:

Aug 20 18:02:45: netconf app ssh[0x579A1B8]: new ssh connection from 10.244.11.4
Aug 20 18:02:45: netconf app ssh[0x5EFE278]: <hello xmlns="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:netconf:base:1.0">
