NSO services that does not save

Hi all,

i'm trying to create a service in python that when called kick off a bunch of cli commands (not config) eg show run

then outputs are saved in files not the cdb.

i don't what to create a service instance each time i call the services only to have to delete it

eg don't even want to give it a name

what do ppl suggest

I would start with examples.ncs/getting-started/developing-with-ncs/2-actions-py but this is also covered in the development guide (under Python VM there is a sub-sub chatper called “Action Requests”).
