Both WAN input devices have same IP address (192.168.100.1).

I have an RV340 and can't get the failover to work properly. I remembered, though, that both WAN devices have the same IP address. Could this create a problem? Does the RV340 ever need to reference the IPs of the WAN devices? What role does the device IP have in failover? (WAN devices are cable modem and Starlink.) TIA

Thanks for the reply. The Starlink and Cable modem devices connected to the WAN inputs both have 192.168.100.1 as their IP addresses. If I can connect to them individually, entering that IP address takes me to their web GUI.
