Good afternoon, our cisco router 4321 burned out, can you tell me how to transfer the license to other equipment of the same model.

Reach out to Cisco TAC (or your Cisco representative). Provide them with the details of the failed router (serial number and any proof of the original license purchase) and the new router's serial number. Explain the situation and request a license transfer.
Cisco support will verify your request and may provide a License Transfer Authorization (LTA) or a new Product Authorization Key (PAK) for the new router. In some cases, they might provide a rehosted license file for the new device.

License is use mac address of device.
So it only use in this device and can not be use in other.
