Need help of my CCNA is expired and I want to take the Cisco Encor exam ,can I go for that . ?

Yes, there are no prerequisites anymore for any Certs !!!

As part of our Certification Roadmaps review cycle, our CCNP Enterprise exams will be updating soon. The last date to test for the current exams is September 19, 2023. Candidates can expect to be tested on the new exam material starting September 20, 2023.

As other have mentioned, you can take the encor exam directly if you want to.

I also wanted to mention that there's a wonderful study/certification-based community on the Cisco Learning Network, both for CCNA and professional level certifications such as ENCOR and even a dedicated section for ENCOR study notes.
