Create a read-only user in C9407R

Hi Guys, 

I'm trying to create a read-only user in Cisco c9407R switch with only show privileges. I tried to do it by creating a privilege 5 user and assign privileges. however when i log via that username, show commands not working. 

Appreciate any help. 

Here is how i configure. 

switch(config)#username admin privilege 5 secret *********

switch(config)#privilege exec level 5 show run view
switch(config)#privilege exec level 5 show run view full
switch(config)#privilege exec level 5 show conf

Instead of i use user with priv 15 and allow only Limited command for him to excute.

prive 5 have read only have some access issue.
