i'm new in this field, i have set up a lab but can't get from cisco  ios for routers.. has somebody a suggestion how to get them ?

not really a way to get  regular IOS  not IOU? i don't want to mess existing VM, it is running pretty well Cisco ASA..

what do you mean by regular IOS ? can you explain more.

what ever images available for labing around the world they are listed already in that URL.
