Online Tools and Resources Tools Not Download

I am currently unable to download the files of "Online Tools and Resources". When I click on the download link provided in the free online course, a "null.htm" file downloads instead of the Packet Tracer application. See attached photo. Any help is kind. Thanks.

hola al intentar descaragar la maquina virtual de kali linux desde el centro de recursos no funciona, al hacer click en el enlace de la maquina me redirige a la misma pagina y no se puede descargar, alguien tiene la solucion ?
