Easy Way To Block Sites or Submit For Check

If I encounter a URL that I think should be blocked / or I would like to block on my IP address is there an APP or URL that I can do this easily without having to log in and copy and paste?

Alternatively can I see a list of my recent DNS searches and the check which ones I would like to block? Or even submit for categorising. You only seem to give stats, and I want an  actual history (say for the last 12 hours)

Just copy & paste or typing.
Also, these are domain names, not URLs.

The history you want comes with the Umbrella service.
