I'm receiving this message alert: 

4 botnet queries to 1 domains contained from MARJCC (%client IP%/32) since last update. This indicates a potential malware infection.

How can I resolve this issue?

Where or how are you getting this message? Why do you think it's related to OpenDNS?

Regardless of how you got the message if you have a malware infection you need to isolate it and clean it from whatever device is infected.
