What do you mean that OpenDNS will not block these domains? Have you ever communicated with them regarding this?
The first domain that you listed is tagged as Adult Themes, Nudity, and Pornography, with all 3 categories awaiting votes. The other domain is tagged with the same categories, with Nudity as an approved category and the others awaiting votes. There are no indications that anything is amiss or that OpenDNS is refusing to do anything, these tags simply have not received enough votes for a moderator to look at and accept or deny these tags.
If you feel the process is taking too long you can always open a support ticket concerning these domains.
Also, you always have the option to blacklist any domain you like, including these two, for any reason, including that they aren't yet in a category that you are blocking.
