More than likely it means one of two different things
1) Your settings are blocking these domains. Look in your logs and stats to see what is being blocking, and the categories associated with the blocks
2) Your IP address changed and was not updated on your dashboard, and the new address you received is using someone else's settings. Confirm that your IP address is properly registered on your dashboard.
