Hello,
I would like to know if there is an API available for CCW, we would like to pull order information from Cisco and display it in an internal website, is there something that we can use for this?
Regards
Mark

Mark,
There are APIs available to integrate with CCW. Hopefully you have Cisco Partner access so you can get to this link. This will explain what is available. If you need assistance integrating into your system I can share the development team that is working on our project.

Mark,
What kind of partner access would be required to access this interface?
Thx,
Andreas

Andeas,
Initially I did not have access. I contacted our Partner Account Manager and found out who our assigned administrator was. I then requested that person to assign me privileges. After all of this I could then access apiconsole.cisco.com.
So there are a couple of steps to get access. If you don't have any luck I can share the B2B resources from Cisco with you.

What is the best route for support on these APIs?
Thanks.

What do you mean by support? If you are looking for documentation on what is available, it is in the link here.
http://www.cisco.com/web/ordering/b2b/secure_tech_docs/integration_documentation.html
If you are looking for the actual console where you create the applications and assign the APIs, it is located at https://apiconsole.cisco.com
If you are looking for a contact within Cisco you can direct questions to Girish Sherikar (gsherika) <gsherika@cisco.com>
He has been extremely helpful throughout this process.
If you are looking for some developers for hire that are familiar with the process and have consumed several of the APIs, I have a contact if you would like it.

Hello,
Cisco provides several useful sets of API accessing CCW.
However, CCW is not actually one system, and the APIs reflect the underlying subsystems.
1. Estimates - a rich set of API to manage the list, download and upload of Estimates.
2. Deal Reg - limited to retrieve only
3. CCW-R Quotes - limited to retrieve
4. Sales Order Status - limited to tier-1 partners only
