CTC FAILED LOGIN

Hello,

I'm having trouble logging in my 15454 M6.  The attachment is the error message that I kept getting.  What should i do to fix this problem?  Thank you in advance.

Hi, try

- in CMD: javaws -uninstall (delete CTC cash)

- SW than HW reset of TNC\TSC cards

- remove LCD and TNC\TSC

- perform in VxWorks (telnet conn.)

flmDeleteDB

- insert TNC\TSC then LCD

- try login
