15454 power module

Is anyone else having issues with getting the a/c power modules in a 15454 M6 shelf not locking in place? Seems like the cam locks on the ones we have aren't catching. As a result, you can inadvertently pull them out while disconnecting the power cord. I may be missing something incredibly obvious, but I can't find it. : )
