I'm trying to determine the number of cross-connect adapters that can fit into a single cross-connect drawer. Cannot find any detailed information on the web site that displays this. I found a good link that shows an illustration of the adapter and it appears that each MU block can support 4 LCMB to Mux/Demux module connections (or 2 in a splitter card design). I'm hoping that I specified the information correctly by ordering a single drawer for every 2 splitter LCMBs (2 cable kits per). If anyone can confirm this or provide a good link that illustrates the layout of the drawer itself, it would be greatly appreciated. Based on my understanding the cable kits include:
2 MTP to 8MU cables
2 MU Adapters
8 MU to MU jumpers
I'm assuming based on the quantities that the 2 MU adapters fit into an enclosure that supports up to 8 adapters?? So it would require 4 MU adapters to satisfy a splitter-type LCMB to Mux/Demux connection?
