C3850-NM-4-10G Modules - troubleshooting

All,

 wonder whats the best way to troubleshoot a C3850-NM-4-10G Module. I have interfaces te1/1/1, te1/1/2 and te2/1/1, te2/1/2 that are no coming up and are completely dead when I connect a media.  This a 3850 stack and the port 3 and 4 for each switch work as expected i just dont know why the 1st two of each switch wont come up.

same config same cables as the working ports but not sure why the 1st two of each port wont come up.  I am remote and i have tried disabling and re-enabling interfaces but are completely dead.

any thought and suggestions to troubleshoot these ports?

Hi

whats the exact 3850 switches there inserted in the full platform name  ?

out of interest as a test if you set them to a gig do they work , the first 2 ports ?

if you are referring to the inventory see below. Dont have gig SFP's only the fiber cables. Is there a way to run diagnostics on the whole module.
