Can I Connect MM Equipment to a MM Switch using SM Fiber Optic?

I know the correct way is use MM fiber, But Could I Use SM fiber optic to connect a equipment that have MM port to our switch that have MM port?

Core of SMF smaller than MMF, it mean that you will get errors. Then port will error disabled. I will not work at all.

SFP made for MM fiber is not going tp work over SM fiber.
