CCTV Network Topology Design Advice

I need to design a CCTV network in ring topology as shown in the attachment. I would like to monitor all the CCTV from a central location at central location (CCR).  Each camera represents a location where CCTV camera are setup.

I need to following design advice

1. The best way to integrate 24 FO core with 60 FO core near local CCR.

2. The optimum performance and fault tolerance design.

Yes, I am confused about your experission "24 FO with 60 FO", but I do have some suggestions for you.

First, you need a new IP network for the video surveillance system. And the digitized videos shall be archived in a central storage server. Two workstations are needed to be installed as well. Last but not the least, make sure every workstation can simultaneously monitor live video streams captured from any local cameras.
