Please let me know cisco SFP GLC-ZX-SMD can reach up to 100KM - 

is there any mandatory specification required for the cables

Different spec sheets say different things. Their max range is generally 70km but can do up to 100km provided dispersion shifted or low-attenuation SMF is used. Distance is also depends on the quality of the fiber, the number of splices and connectors.

Cisco SFP GLC-ZX-SMD can only support up to 70 km over SMF cables. If you want to reach 100 km, Cisco GLC-EZX-SM-100 might be the one for you.
