Dear All,
I have to interconnect my datacenters. I need to have SAN connectivity between datacenters. I am using Brocade 2499-192. Will CWDM-MUX8A supports brocade? Please let me know!
Regards,
Pramod

If the brocade device supports CWDM optical transceivers (SFP or other), then you can use the cisco CWDM mux/demux.

Hi,
- Brocade officially does not support CWDM SFP, and you need bay or get for test Third-party SFP for test. If test failed you need to bay this transponder for Brocade:
- Also depends on distance you need to get Brocade Extended Fabrics License and Brocade ISL Trunking License for your Brocade switch.
- Chouse correct platform with enof buffer credits and calculate how mane you need.

If you need I could help you with cisco specification.
