Discovering IP on Ethernet cards on ONS15454

I was wondering if there was any way to discover the IPs (and other such LAN information) of the ports on the G1000 (and other ethernet cards) installed on an ONS15454. The purpose is to have some kind of way of mapping the machines physically connected to the ONS15454 in order to cross connect them to an optical lightpath.
