I ran into this same issue the last time I set up the CPO server and can't find the documentation I used to fix it. I am attaching the associated Log file and also the text of the actual error I am getting when I try and login.
File 1 is the OpticalPortal_Log_File. ( the error message is highlighted in yellow at the end of the file.)
File 2. is the capture of the HTTP 500 error screen.
I know this has something to do with certificates, but I'll be darned if I can remember what I did. A little on the background of the network. It is a closed Gov't network with no ability to gain access to the internet or dial in.
And help would be appreciated.
