How to add new container in ncs name space

Hi

I am new developer and was trying to automate scenarios for 5G network Function

Currently I am trying to automate the process to add a new profile to 5G NF SMF where it reads the input from the file 

I need to know how do i create a new container within ncs namespace so that i could load the configuration into the container
