how to fix switch interface connectivity.

Hi engineers 

i have two switch core (twe1/0/2) and L2(Te1/1/8) connected connectivity is fluctuating 

here is some logs

i have check interface transceiver on both switch

what can i do so connectivity can be stable ?

your response will be appreciated

  - You may have a simple (layer1) connectivity issue
              + Take another SFP
              + Swap fiber (patch) cable , if possible
              + Make sure connections are solid
              + Look at interface port counters for the involved connections
