How to retrieve line tx / line rx on 15454 / M6 / NCS2006 w SNMP?

Hi - I want to pull our line transmit and line receive values via SNMP.  The equipment in question is Cisco 15454 / M6 / NCS 2006 with SMR2 cards with TNC-E supervisors running 10.6.2.

I found a decent SNMP guide for optical, but the answer to my question is eluding us - https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/optical/15000r/dwdm/configuration/guide/b_snmp.html

Our automation guys are telling me it's not possible to pull the line tx / line rx with SNMP.  If SMMP isn't an option, what about TL1?  What would that command be?
