Is "C9400X-SUP-2" compatible with "cvr-qsfp-sfp10g" adapter?
We need to utalise 6 10Gbps SFP+ ports, but we only have a C9400X-SUP-2 with only 4 10Gbps SFP+ ports and 4 (3 usable) QSFP ports.
The Cisco Optics Interoperability Matrix does not list the SUP-2 card at all.
Can anyone confirm compatability please, ideally being able to link to Cisco support docs?

There is a tool for that as you can see here https://tmgmatrix.cisco.com/?npid=5150
But, the SFP you informed is not on the list.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
The "cvr-qsfp-sfp10g" is an adapter for dropping a 40Gbps QSFP port down to work with a 10Gbps SFP+ module. It's part number only appears in the matrix notes pop up when it is required for a device to work with a particular SFP.
In my case the device is a "C9400X-SUP-2" supervisor engine, but only the SUP-1 are listed in the matrix.

Actually, nevermind, I see what I did wrong now...missed the X out of the C9400X-SUP-2 name.
Thanks again for the reply
