Dears,
What is the EOL OSNR margin in the CTP (Cisco transport planner).
If i have SFP with 10 dB OSNR threshold and the the service in CTP has 20 dB OSNR, the OSNR margin should be 10 dB. but in the CTP OSNR margin is different. so how OSNR margin calculated in the CTP?
