Provisioning similarities between 15454 and 15327

Hi. I am looking for input as to how similar is the provisioning/installation of a 15327 vs. a 15454. As it appears that the 15327 topics have been extracted from any course offerings; if one were to attend the 15454 course, would they be reasonably able to provision a 15327? (Assuming average intelligence)

I guess you should be able to handle the 15327 if you learn about the 15454 since the provisioning and deployment is almost the same.
