Regarding COPY-RFILE TL1command in 15454

According to the TL1 document for 15454, COPY-RFile command denotes that FTP timeout is 30seconds and it is not configurable. I have the following questions on this.

• Is the timeout for creating a connection to the FTP server or for the total command execution.
  
• What will happen after the timeout, whether the COPY-RFILE command will fail with any error code ? what will be the event sent by the NE.
