What is Fiber Management System

Dear All,

Does anyone know what is Fiber Management System ? Is it equivalent to Optical Distribution Frame or it's just another optical NMS ?

An optical NMS i an example of a Fiber Management system, but several produseres of kabling systems ( kablings ducts), call these systems fiber management systems.
