2620 XM MGCP Configuration for Megacom Service????

I am having some difficulty getting a PRI configured properly on a 2620 with an AT&T Megacom facility.

Inbound calling is fine but we are receiving "Information Element" errors on outbound calls.

We are running MGCP on this gateway. Does someone have a working config for MGCP and Megacom on a 2620 XM?

Hello,

Try to put isdn nsf-service sdn under int serial 1/0:23 ( which ever is your isdn controller)

ie int serial 1/0:23

isdn nsf-service sdn

I have seen for some of the AT & T ckt you need to program this.

Under the voice gateway try unchecking the Display IE Delivery checkbox. Many telcos does not like the IE being tagged in outbound calls. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the two suggestions but they did not work. Although...... Outbound Long Distance has miraculously begun to work, but we are still unable to route outbound International calls over this AT&T Megacom facility.

We are running on CCM 4.0(2a)es08

Any more ideas out there.
