3.34 to 4.13 database compatibility

Can anyone verify whether a BARS backup from a system running 3.34 can be restored on a system running 4.13 assuming the correct version of BARS is used? A link to documentation would be much appreciated. I have not been able to locate any documents which detail what Callmanager versions are compatible with each other.

You can only restore to the same CCM version. BARS will give an error message if CCM versions are mismatched. In your case, you can restore to a system running 3.34 and then upgrade to 4.12 and then to 4.13. There is no direct upgrade from 3.34 to 4.13. You will need CDs for upgrade.
