7910 showing as "not found" in CM 3.2(2c)spH

For the last month or so, all 7910 phones we add, show up in callmanager as "not found" and "registration: unknown". The phones work fine, they can make and receive calls. It's really strange. This happens to auto-registered and manually programmed phones.

The phone status is reported by RIS data collector service. If the service is not activated/running in the CM where the phones are registered to, you will see this problem.

I have restarted the service and also updated the phone load to P00403020700 but still getting this error.
