I have a 7920 and its has set its mac-address to all 0's. Not in call manager or the wirelesss controller, actually on the phone itself. However, all the other settings were retained.
Will the phone associate to the AP? If so try changing the mac address directly in CCM. If still the problem persists you may need to change the ip phone
