7960 keeps rebooting

Hi,

a customer of mine upgraded his 7960's to 5.1, and after that the 7960 keeps rebooting over and over again.

Since downgrading seem to be impossible, is there any logical explanation for this behaviour? And do any of you know a solution?

We had a similar problem on an earlier phone load (PO4-3.3.3 if I remember correctly) with Win OS 2000-2-4 SR3. We changed to SR 4 and this reslved the problem.
