7962 ring volume goes silent overnight

We have a handful of 7962 phones that overnight seem to have their ringer go silent so when a call comes in the light flashes but makes no sound.  We are able to turn the volume back up but we need to figure out the root cause for this issue.  I know these phones are EOL now and am wondering if they are just breaking down or if there is something else I could try?

If possible I would try another FW, if this is a cluster I'd also look at the ring configuration from the line and make sure replication is fine in the cluster.
