7970 and 7920 must be used exclusively

I have a problem with 2 remote phones. I am running CCM 3.3(4)sr2. The remote location uses a PIX 501 to establish a LAN to LAN VPN connection to a 3005. The problem is that the 2 phones must be used exclusively of each other. If the 7920 is powered on, the 7970 will not work (does not register to CM). If you turn the 7920 off, the 7970 works fine.

Ran into something similar, turned out to be a licensing issue on the 501, out of connections. Check how many devices are connecting through the PIX.
