Hi,
I am having some problems with 7970 phones.
- Phones keep hanging when logging in and out of extension mobility.
- Some phones just can't boot up, keeps on rebooting
- Transfer softkey disappears during a call
Anyone encounters these before?

Our situation:
- only 1 7970
- running 4.1(3)sr1
- running sccp 7.0(2)sr1 firmware
- not using extension mobility
with no known problems.

We have three 7970 phones in our office. Our Callmanager Version is 4.1(3)sr2.
I use Extension Mobility only for testing purposes.
I tried it after the upgrade to CM 4.1 and it worked as expected.
Today I had a problem with it (login not possible - Error 9).
The boot up takes some time because it is looking for the Certificate Trust List (CTL) which I do not have (yet).
Please make sure that your Softkey Template contains the Transfer key in the call states you need (at least the connected state).
