I have a question for experts in Cisco ip phones and I would like that you can answer me.
A phone Cisco 7912G suddenly and sometimes shows in the screen this symbol { and the user can't transfer and park incoming calls.
Anybody know say me something to solve this problem?. I use CCM 4.1.

Which phone load and CCM exact version?
Which are the settings for
Busy trigger and Max calls.
You may gather detailed CCM|SDL traces an sniffer trace will be useful also when problem occurs.

The phone is a Cisco 7912G
CCM System Version 4.1 (3) sr1
CCM Administration Version 4.1 (0.11)
CCM Instalation Version 4.1 (3) sr1
Busy trigger:2
Max calls:4
I don't know who I can sniff traces. Can you give me any idea?.

Set up Ethereal on a desktop or laptop and plug into the switchport on the back of the IP phone. This will let you see the RTP packets and any detail about them. You could also try the following settings:
Busy trigger: 2
Max calls: 1
