AAR and CTI RP and AAR does it work

Hi,

Cisco doco says that AAR does not work with EM or CTI route points.

Is there any workaround for this.

Example we have IPCC at the Munich office and remote sites call the RP ext for IPCC product information. If location BW is exhausted the call will fail.

Also what about EM users is this true as well.

Yes, you are correct - AAR does not support CTI Route Points nor EM. Since the CTI RP is a way for CCM to hand off the call to an application it is handled differently in the code. An EM user can log in at any location. There are no provisions to dynamically change the local GW to dial out of (AAR CSS) and the prefix digits (AAR Group).

Unfortunately I know of no workarounds for either situation at this time.
