Tell us more about your deployment, are the call bridges clustered, do you have your dial plan configured correct?

How are you routing the call between the call bridges, peer-to-peer or through a call control server?

Can provide screenshots or information from the logs to help see what's going on.

yes we have clsutered globally  ,and also routing call call bridges ,i am new to acano platform

i m working as l1 & l2 admin i need learn more about configuration and trouble shooting partt ,coul dplease share some labguide of acano

How are you routing the call between the two Call Bridges, either peer-to-peer or via a call control server such as CUCM or VCS?

Refer to section 6.3 and 6.5 of the Acano 1.9 Scalability & Resilience Deployment Guide.  Can you provide a screenshot of the following:

  • Configuration > Cluster
  • Configuration > Outbound calls

thanks for information .let me go through again configuartion.

look like peer to peer media ,B2B call via CUCM ,VCS

Can you provide a screenshot of the two CMS pages mentioned in my earlier reply, want to see how you have your call bridge cluster and outbound dial plan configured.

i have uplaode cluster and outbond calls configuration screen shots please let me any thing you need further.

BFCP transmission unacknowledged after 10000ms (message: PrimitiveFloorRequest)
BFCP transmission unacknowledged after 3 attempts (message: PrimitiveFloorRequest)
$RED$failed to write c3p message into SERVICE body

today in acano i m seeing following error.

please find the update files.i have remove the ip address.

Can't tell anything with the fields blanked out, but make sure that the IP address you have configured for the call bridge cluster is added to the outbound calls page with a priority above any "match all domains" rules.  You can even use regex to create a single outbound call rule to match multiple IPs in a range.

If you want the call bridges to connect directly peer-to-peer, you need to leave the SIP proxy blank.  However, if you want them to connect through a SIP proxy, enter the address of your call control server, and enter a peer link SIP domain on the call bridge cluster page.

in call bridge peer link sip domain is blank and outbond call rules all cloumns have filled nothing blank

Okay, as mentioned in my previous reply, if you want the call bridges to connect peer-to-peer, you need to not use a SIP proxy on the outbound calls page and leave it blank. The priory of the outbound call rule should be higher than any match all rules, higher numbered rules will be tried first.

my question here is is it peer to peer call bridge connected or call route bridge connected

If you specified a SIP domain on the outbound call rule, and routed via your call control server.  If you didn't specify a SIP domain, it will be peer-to-peer, and each call bridge will connect directly to each other bypassing your call control server.
