access failed to the CDR

Hi,

I have a CCM 3.2 SpH version..I installed CDR.

It worked fine before but now i cannot access to the CDR ...I've got this error message from the insertCDR.txt file.

....Error code 18456 [failed to connect to

datasource] login failed for user ‘cisco CCMCDR’....

Any comments

I am not sure if this is the fix, but it won't hurt your system

1) Open SQL Enterprise Manager

2) Go to Security ->Logins

3) Look for the account \*CCMCDR*

4) Right click on it -> Properties -> Database access

5) Put a check on CDR and click on "public" and "db_owner"

6) Click on Ok to close the screen

7) Now in Enterprise Manager, go to databases

8) Click on CDR -> Users

9) Right click on the user *CCMCDR* -> Properties -> Put a check on db_owner

10) Follow the same steps from #8 for all cisco* or ccm* users.

Well you can try what hinho suggested and you could also test the system dsn which cdr uses to connect ,please check that Dsn and which autentication is this user configured for (windows nt or sql ) and also check this data source.
